Since you can do just about anything on an Android phone, it only makes sense to search for real estate with your phone as well. There are numerous new apps available for Android users; it is just a matter of preference for the user.
The following list is purported to be the best apps available and they are free:
- Zillow – In the number one popular spot is Zillow. It is ranked 4.3. Zillow actually lists homes and apartments that are for sale or rent. So, whatever you are looking for in the real estate market, Zillow will probably have a listing for it. It is easy to navigate and will give you a detailed search.
- Realtor.com – Realtor.com is right behind Zillow with a 4.2 ranking. This app is also easy to use and easy to read.
- Trulia – Trulia Real Estate and Rentals also has listing for the United States. You can put in the area that interests you in the search boxes and it will pull up a lot of listings for you. A very convenient way to search without the expense of traveling there first to see if it will be a right fit for you. You can search from home and then go look.
- Redfin Real Estate - This app is only available for Southern California but is the best for that area. It has all the bells and whistles.
- Homes.com - Last but certainly not least, Homes.com has the same search options as the others.
Keep in mind that all Android real estate apps will also give a map location and will give you driving directions if you find something you want to see personally.
