This could be written tongue in cheek, but it’s not. A buyer or seller needs to have the best when it comes to real estate agents. As agents, we also have an idea of who makes the best buyers and sellers. If you check out the following traits, you will understand why.

The Perfect Home Buyer Traits

Direction – a home buyer has to have some direction. By this we mean, know what their needs really are. Transport, schooling, medical, social – even car spaces – what are you real needs?  A home buyer that can come to us with this clearly established is well on the road to finding their home quickly.

Finances – there is no point looking at real estate if you don’t know how much you can afford each month and/or  how much it is going to cost in fees. Buyers that have sat down and done the math and know how much they can afford, how much ready cash they have and what sort of price range they wish to target – again, are well on the way to buying a home.

That’s it! Pretty difficult isn’t it? You would be surprised how many people are out there today looking at homes, yet they have neither of those two traits sorted out yet.  If you visit a real estate agent and you can get both of those areas covered then you should be able to walk out of that office with several good property matches that you can view. Not only that, once you settle on a property settlement can be done quickly. Do you have those traits?
